alright so i was wondeirng if its a saftey feature for your bumper to consist completely of iron oxide?

just remove it. it's olny dead weight just find something to replace it, ie 2 cubes of wood

thats alot of aluminum oxide, i was just thinking the name of this thread would make a great japanese racing "team" name

Sounds cool... unless you know what "Iron Oxide" is. "Rust" doesn't really capture the racing spirit.
