screw

I want OEM screws for my '79 Z. Where can I get them? (other than at a junkyard)

I bought some screws at Home Depot for various parts of my interior and sized them as best I could but they still didn't seat properly.

the only difference in bolts is DIN which is german and ISO which the japs use. The M8 din bolt has a 13m/m head whereas ISO has a 12m/m head (across the flats). there are places where the 13mm head causes conflicts but generally not many. if you are talking sheet metal screws then yes better go to a junkyard and pull as many as you can. most places will charge you a buck for a bag of assorted screws.
