Shot the base today...

well i sprayed my base today and i had some troubles...i got specks almost everywhere on the car...with some good help from SHADY i got her looking good. The paint colour looks awsome, its black but its almost got some pearl to it, i love it...we shall see how it looks when the clear hits it...i washed it after colour sanding it and under water it looks like glass so im hoping it will be half as good with clear!
thanks alot man! i owe ya a beer or two

heres a shot of the troubled area and then after i fixed it...

AFTER:

SHOT

Oh sure it's not the super glossy show car shine yet but you can tell from the condition of the surface that you did a great job. Just do a good job with the clear and that paint job will be spot on. It does look great skully. You can really tell you put some time into the prep work.

ah wow, i wish my base came out that nice, i painted it myself also and i was doing alright till i got to the clear coat
i have like 50 cagillion runs in it, but they're not thaaat noticeable so i'm sure you'll be fine, maybe you can even sand em down? i haven't tried yet...
