Starter Solenoid

Starter Solenoid
So my starter solenoid is starting to go out, I have to coax it to start with a hammer every now and then...
So I just checked MSA for a new solenoid and noticed something strange. This does not make sence to me... A new solenoid is $87 yet a rebuilt starter assembly at $85. I am assuming that the rebuilt starter assembly comes with a solenoid, if not then the price makes a little more sence. However that is still an expensive solenoid.
Has anyone here replaced just the starter solenoid? if so where did you get it from?

Do you have an Autozone near by? I just checked online... the 280zx starter w/ solenoid is $69 + $17 core. All the Checkers / Kragens around here will beat anyone's listed price by 5% so you could potentially get it cheaper.
I don't buy parts from MSA that I can get at my local parts stores.

Got a rebuilt starter from Pep-Boys. Im not a huge fan of Pep-Boys... but its all I have here.
It is so nice not having to start the car by hitting the solenoid w/ a hammer or crossing the terminals w/ a screw driver
Now I just have to replace that sticking rear brake caliper so that I dont have to manually release the e-brake anymore!
