Steering vibration

I have a 79 2+2 with power recirculating ball steering with 80,000 miles and a recent alignment and suspension rebuild
So my problem is that my steering is vibrating kind of like if you took a piece of rubber and pulled it across a table and it vibrates as it tries to grip the table. The steering vibrates when it has some resistance put against it, like sitting still and turning the wheel to the far left will cause it to vibrate. I have already looked to see if it's low on power steering fluid, and It's not, so im thinking maybe the steering box need's greasing, but I cant find any grease points, anybody know if you can even grease the steering boxes? or whats causing my problem?

You don't grease the steering box if its power steering lol

Check your front rotors. If their warped it will do that.

You probably have a bad idler arm. Check for slack by pushing and pulling on the centerlink.

The steering wheel would only vibrate while braking if the rotors were warped.

If it vibrates all the time, get your wheels balanced yo....

I was just reviewing what I wrote and I would like to reword a couple things, It's not really a vibration, as it is a kind of rubbing feeling on the steering wheel, only when you move it and the sound can be easily made, by sitting still without moving and turning the wheel to its extremes
