doing the head on my 80zx, things are going good, cleaned up everything, new bolts came in, bolted the head on last night, all good...looking round being bored I decided to take off the water inlet housing to clean it up and change the gasket I thought I got in my felpro head gasket kit. took off the housing cleaned it up and the surrounding area round the block,, everythings good,, almost going to well,, grabbed the gasket from the kit, put a little sealer on the housing went to stick the gasket on the housing and found it was to big for the housing. now I wasn't 100% sure that this was the gasket for this housing but it sure looked close.. im guessing this gasket doesn't come with this head gasket kit since its for the block itself but it sure looked close,, I believe its for the egr valve...anyway... im looking for this gasket on line and everywhere else and cant seam to find one.. does anyone have a number or place I can get one,, or do I have to match one up or make one... let me know....thanks for the help..........

 

I could tell you that manilla folders could make gaskets sometimes. There are some places where you can get a small piece of gasket material and cut one out.
