What fluid compartment is this?

What fluid compartment is this?
Look at the far fluid compartment (If looking at the car from front, it's on the lower right hand side. It's currently empty. Is it for the headlight washers?

I deposited mine into the garbage can. Now I don't have it fill it.

I deposited my primary tank into the garbage can since neither pump would work. Headlight washer pump is the big boy and will do the trick for your windshield if you wish to go that route.
