Dude, make one for the ZX yourself!

All you need to do is find a good ZX hood to use as a template to make a mold. Then you can put down a slightly undersized layer of fiberglass. Once that's cured, you can lay down a a couple layers of CF and epoxy. You'll need a big vacuum though to do the vacuum sealing!

There, did that bring it back on topic?

The funny thing is I have tried to make fenders, But I always have probs, with the vaccum process..

The vacuum process shouldn't be too hard ... I suck at everything Carbon Fiber.

Well I use a Hefty bag and a normal vacuum cleaner...What am I doing wrong does it have to sit for more than an hour or what???

Yes, it can take many hours. Like 15 to 20 hours for the resin to fully cure.

Really 15-20 hours??? How do you know when it is done?? and does the vaccum have to be on the whole time?? I am serious if I can figure this out I will make every panel possible CF
