All you need to do is find a good ZX hood to use as a template to make a mold. Then you can put down a slightly undersized layer of fiberglass. Once that's cured, you can lay down a a couple layers of CF and epoxy. You'll need a big vacuum though to do the vacuum sealing!

Really 15-20 hours??? How do you know when it is done?? and does the vaccum have to be on the whole time?? I am serious if I can figure this out I will make every panel possible CF
