damn...perfectly straight body ruined, i pulled out of the driveway today, after installing my brand new injectors and sparkpulgs and injector connectors, and a car was parked on the sidewalk partly in the driveway, so i couldnt pull into the #2 lane, so i pulled out and a car cut me off on the #2 lane, so i pulled into the #1 lane and destroyed my right fender and part of the door, the other car had a little nick on the bumper.....im pissed! i know its my fault, for hitting the car, but im hoping he will think its his cuz he parked illegally, so he can pay for the damage??? (wishful thinking)

Hell yeah, blame it on him. Did you get pictures of his car, or call the cops?? If he parked there illegally, then it should be his fault.

 

He may have been parked illegally but I doubt the blame will be put on him. Neither insurance company will probably want to pick up the bill for that one. Both will probably say he shouldn't have been parked there and use that excuse not to pay for his damage. And they'll both probably say you driving wrecklessly to hit him to avoid picking up the tab on yours. Get ready for a lengthy claims process if you plan to have either company pick up the tab. It'll probably end up as a non insurance claim and you guys will be paying your own way. But who knows, maybe you've got a kick *** insurance company and they'll pick it up anyways

 

well, i talked to my insurance company, and they say its my fault 100% of the way, i was the one that hit him, and he wasnt in the car, so not his fault, sucks, cuz there isnt a way to get out of my driveway safely, so i called the guy up, said, " next time i see your piece of **** car in my drive way, ill have it towed out of here." besides, i looked at the damage again, not too bad, needs a little bondo work...ill get pictures asap.

 

if some body praked in parking spot and if i messed up my Z there would be serious hell to pay i would break out the black ninja suit with black leather gloves and the blakc base ball bat and it would be time to play a little bit of NIGHT BASBALL ( lol my style of payback ) hehehehe
