Tail light problem, need help

My tail light sensor went out in my car, tail lights won’t function without it.
Does anyone know how I could bypass this?
I need to get it working ASAP, got a ticket for it and need to show it's fixed to avoid the fine. Nissan wants $250 for a new one. I'm going to try the junkyards but if that fails I’m hoping someone knows how to ditch it.
Thank you very much.

Might try http://www.junkyarddog.com/ ... this is what I used to find a few parts that I could not find in any local junkyards

look at the schematics. should be simple to tell. Just have to jumper 3 pairs of wires.

fixed!

So I pulled apart the sensor again (a little circuit board inside a plastic box), just in case I missed something last time. And I did, it was a loose solder point. Soldered it back up, and it's brand new again.
