Most likely a wrecking yard, use this search to find what your need, tab down to quarter panel, hit search, then you can chose location of specific part/ panel you need. Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market
Also, more info, like where are you located, maybe there's a member near with a parted car you can get panels off. Like always, the more info you provide, the better the answers. Good luck on finding what you need.
