85 z31 turbo barely runs when hot
Im at my wits end with this.
Runs fine until the engine gets hot, then turned off and heat soaked. Once that happens it will not idle. You have to hold the throttle down to keep it running, and it will run very poorly. Once above 3k rpm it will run fine.
Unplug the CHTS and the problem goes away. OK, replaced CHTS. Still does it. ohm out the chts, ohms out fine. clean the maf, unplug the maf, no change. 02 sensor has never been plugged in since getting the car. Pulled the codes. some codes come and go at random, but will always get a code 23 and 31. sometimes code 11, 24, and 14. IUnplug the TPS, no change.
Can anyone help? What am I missing? I don't want to throw parts at it. Was running great until a few months ago.
