86 300z n/a 2+2

hey guys im new to this fourm and to z cars i was wondering if an 88 front bumper would just bolt on to my 86 they look a little cleaner and i think it would look good any ideas?

Yeah for the most part it will. However it will cover part of your fog light and look like it was well just slapped on there. In order to put the kouiki (or however you spell it ha ha) front end on your car you have to swap hood, bumpers and headlight assymblies ( which take some cutting to do) over to your car for it to look right.

They have a Kouki front end swap writeup just have to find it. Pretty much what mrbillishome summed it up. What is it that you dont like about your front end? I shaved the front plate off and Love the front end on my ae.

Here is an example of someone swapping just the front bumper.





Notice how the bumper doesn't line up with the edge of the headlights and the hood has a big gap at the front. Real hack job. It looks far worse in person than this picture shows.
