86 side skirts and front bumer on an 85 turbo
Hi guys (and gals?). I'm stripping various parts of a '86 turbo parts car and putting them on a '85 turbo. I'm going to be swapping the interior (since the '86 dash is black and PERFECT!!).
The side skirts and bumper look really good and I would like to put them on the 85 as well. Will this work? I have noticed that the front fenders are different (and plan on swapping that over too). What, if anything, will be troublesome with this swap?
Thanks

I have actually - believe me, I've looked at ALL the sites - and I know they're different. I just wanted to hear everyone's thoughts on it. Will the smoothed out front fenders look weird with the more abrupt-looking rear fenders? I think I'll do a little photoshopping tonight and see how it would look.

I think it would look strange to have smooth flares up front. The front bumper is hardly any different. Mainly just that it is body colored.
Find a 1987-89 front bumper, hood, and headlights for a swap. Otherwise don't waste your time.

Haha. I just got this one. I'm gonna tear into it before I think about selling any parts on it to other people...
