87 T top shades
I am melting away in the south Florida heat and humidity, and I need to finally break down and get t-top shades with clips for my 87 300ZX 2 seater.
They are all over the internet at different prices, used and remanufactured. Anyone have a recommendation for a reliable source?
Thanks,
Brian

I'm not sure what's a good source. I'd say anywhere you can find them cheap. For some reason they seem like they can fetch good money as alot of people don't seem to have them anymore. Luckily for me, I had the T-Tops, bags, and shades from my old 85' Z31 so I was able to use the bags and shades on my 87.

Here's a redneck way of doing things: You could cut out cardboard (double wall works best) and then stretch some headliner upholstery cloth over them using 3M spray-glue for headliners. If you cut them large so that they tuck in to the t-top frame, they will not come down on your head, even without the little clip thingie present.
I just installed a pair of these "Redneck Shades" temporarily in my daily driver because it's 100+ degrees F here in Phoenix, and it actually works pretty good. They came, already complete, in my parts car when I purchased it.
