My A/C fan seems to be sticking in HIGH. Any suggestion on how to resolve this problem? When I put it on LO nothing happens, I have actually tried sliding it ever so closely to the off position, but you guessed it. It cut's off.

probably the switches themselves. Remove the control box and take it apart and clean it. You might see burns or something else on the slider switch. You might have to replace it with another one. If so, keep your eyes on e-bay. They show up there all the time.
