getting juice means there's no power to it. If there's power to it and it's not working, then it's dead. If there's no power to it, then it means there's a break in the system somewhere.
If you have a manual climate control, it is possible the contacts are all worn out.

Ok, I switched a couple relays and now it works. However when I got the car the 2 fuses for the a/c or aircon blower were melted into the fuse box so I'm hoping whatever caused that doesn't happen again. The only alternative is to trace every wire that goes into or out of that fuse bridge. I'll take my chances
