Engine Trouble
Hey I have recently (in the past few hours) cleaned out my engine with simple green and then rinsed with water. But My trouble is now that my car wouldnt start. About an hour later I got it to start but it wouldnt drive. (it would stall out when I engaged it in drive) Another hour later it seems as though I can get it to drive but it drives like crap. When I am stopped and hit the gas it feels like it is gonna stall instead of giving me that alll awesome power that I am used to. My car year is an 88 non turbo 300zx. Is this just a problem of letting the engine completely dry out or have I seriously maimed my vehicle. Thanx for any and all help. -Kyle

Re: Engine Trouble
did you make sure to cover the distributor before you cleaned it? try looking for moisture under the cap.
make sure the air flow meter connection is nice and dry too.
look for anything that may have become disconnected while u were cleaning it.
start it up and let it run for a while - the heat from the engine will help to dry things out.
