FS5W71C release fork grease and input shaft grease

FS5W71C release fork grease and input shaft grease
Getting ready to put the transmission back in on my 85 z31 na just wanted to know the best grease to use on the pivot fork pivot points, the ball, the 2 tabs, and the input shaft, i cant seem to find a definitive answer on what to use,
some say just a high temp moly grease, some say wheel bearing grease, then some say the input shaft needs a deferent type of grease then the fork altogether, does anyone know of a specific name and brand to recommend for these applications?, also did i miss anything else that needs a light greasing? thanks.

Would this be sufficient? Honda Super High Temp Urea Grease - Bernardi Honda Parts and Accessories
