huge problemi anyone help please

huge problemi anyone help please

alright well the cap rotor and plugs are all replaced now it idles great no misses or nothing. when i start to go slowly it goes fine but when i get the turbo spooling it runs horrible. it wont go any faster then 70 on the hwy and it wont go over 4k rpm at all any gear. when im doin 70 on hwy and floor it it just bogs itself down and slows down but if i just barely push the throttle it will accelerate very very slowly and if i down shift to 4th it will accelerate very slowly. i dont know if it would be the fuel regulator because i can hear the pump working fine and it has a new filter or if it. also could be because the cat converter is clogged due to bein yrs old. also when i got home i saw a little smoke so i poped the hood and the pass side manifold was fire red but only where the egr valve tube is no where else and not on the driver side at all i dont know what could be the cause of that either any suggestions would help amazingly since this is my daily driver and it all just started one day and was fine the day before.

Unbolt the cat and take it for spin. See if it acts different.

alright well in one of my threads i was told to pull my ecu codes so i did and it gave me 21,23,24,31,41

alright well i got bored and went out to the garage and took a flashlight and went looking over my engine bay to see if anything had come unhooked or broke or anything. well come to find out the tps has 2 wires broke off of the connector and there is a L shaped hose connector that comes off the bottom of the throttle body that the hose had come off of. also there is a bigger hose that comes from the intake tube right before the bend to the throttle body that has a hose that is short and connects to a metal pipe and the hose has dryrotted and broke off so i am hoping that i can get the hose replaced tomorrow b4 work and see how that does i have already got the cat off but it is to late to start it. i have already had the cops called 3 times because of loud exhause and all it is is 3 inch pipe from cat back to a flowmaster 40 series. i will let yall know what happens when i get the hoses replaced tomorrow.

alright well i may have found the culprit. i was looking around and seen that on the driver fender well there is a sensor like thing with a vaccuum hose coming out of bottom and top. one of them goes to the front of the manifold and the other goes to the fuel regulator. and when i was looking at the sensor it was wet around it. so i took off the bottom hose and blew into it and nothing happened so i sucked on it and fuel came out of it so i am guessing that the regulator is leaking fuel into the intake and making it run bad, at least i hope that is my problem.

UPDATE: alright well today i replaced the dist cap rotor and plug wires well i was on my way to the parts store to get a new fuel press regulator and when i stopped at a red light and then it started to run ruff. i am guessing because the regulator was shooting fuel into the intake via vaccuum hose so i just pressed the gas a little and it all smoothed out and then all of a sudden it back fired and died. i was told that this probably killed my massflow sensor but im just wanting to get some other opinions. any help would be greatly appreciated. thank everyone for all the help on all my other forums. this is my first 300 and first turbo car and it has been a killing and stressful learning experience.
