Sound like a Honduh???? Grrrrrr!!!
No, it does not sound like a Honduh.
Actually, the headers didn't make a huge difference in the sound of the car.
I can't tell you the exact performance gains either. I did the headers during the process of reworking the heads and installing the NISMO cams. I also opened up the intake, did a 2.5" exhaust, and removed a lot of power robbing accessories (engine driven fan, power steering, air conditioner), plus the car has been on a serious diet. Loosing weight is the same as gaining horsepower, only cheaper.
Cost prohibited going to the dyno after every modification was done, so, who knows what made how much horsepower? The only thing that can be said, for sure, is that I'm making good bottom end torque and the engine performs well up to about 5k, then she hits a brick wall.
I'm in the process of doing my last modification to the n/a engine. I'm working up a '93 Pathfinder upper intake to install between now and Christmas. I think, when all the kinks are out of that project, I'll take it to a local speed shop (TurboTune) and dyno the thing to see what I've done. I'll be tickled to be putting 190-200 hp to the ground...

Yup... Make a big difference.
The Pathy uses the same engine as the z31, but is much heavier and requires a little more humph to get rolling. Hence, the different intake. The Pathy intake has longer runners which generate more low end torque. I don't know that it ups the HP, but more torque is a good thing.
Here's a link to a write up, complete with some pictures, that explains how it can all work.
