Hey people!!!! I just bought my first Z31 - red '88 coupe. I pick it up next week. I have an '83 2+2 280ZX and found the information shared in that forum to be life saving at the least. i'm looking forward to learning all I can on the Z31 platform as well. So be patient with me as I go through the learning curve.

 

You will probably like it. They are nice but need some suspension mods if you like to corner hard. The springs weren't too good and wear out. If you just like driving around then enjoy.

The Z31 has to wait a few more weeks, property taxes and such gettin' in the way. That and the trany rebiuld for the S130.

 

Now you know its fun going 75 on your boat suspension... LOL or draging with that drag suspension... if I try to turn going around 25mph(right angle turn) my tires hit the tire well... its fun! LOL...

 

comrade charlie--what year is your turbo? is it 85? i have a 1986 and 1984 turbos--the 1984 is an AE 50th. your red one is prettier than my 1986 black turbo.
