i have a 84 140000 mile blingin Z. it has a major problem though, its only runnin on 5 cyl. its shakes like crazy and my fuel econ. is horrible. I think it is screwin up all my sensors. i've checked and replaced my sparkplugs and wires, is there anything else i can do before i have to take it to a serious mechanic and spend buttloads of $$$?

Cap, rotor, wires, plugs. Make sure everything is tight by giving them a gentle tug.
