Speed Sensor

I need a speed sensor, thrusting key and speedometer pinion for an 87 300ZX. I don't know if any of this matters but its naturally aspirated with an automatic transmission and its a coupe. Oh and I'm thinking this is obvious but it has the analogue gauges . If anyone has one or knows where I can get one, I would greatly appreciate it.

dealerships have them.

they'll need your VIN, but really you could look the part number up yourself in the fiche. Yes. it matters what engine and year and transmission you have.

Struck out big at the dealerships. Those idiots didn't even know what we where talking about and said they could find no such parts. I think I'm going to go junk yard shopping.

It's not uncommon for the person running the parts counter at the dealership to be an idiot. When I asked for an exhaust manifold gasket for my 280 the guy went to the computer, then came back and said the headgaskets were currently out of stock...

That's why you should learn to navigate the fiche on your own. My site has an easy to use index with links.
