up grade to my 300na turbo

Re: up grade to my 300na turbo
you will have to replace (at the very least) the following:
front crossmember, ecu, efi harness, intake piping.
you will need to relocate the alternator to the pass side.
turbo radiator is larger than na one.
Heads are different on na and turbo engines - turbo cars run lower compression than na's.
very inadvisable to slap a turbo onto a na car. definately not 'cost effective' unless you find a turbo car for cheap (less than 500$) with maybe a trashed body but good engine and stuff. then it might be worth swapping everything over.

upon rethinking, i believe the heads are the same, but it's either the pistons or the valves that are different. either way still easier to swap the entire engine or buy a turbo car.

The pistons are different and the intake collector are different, but I"d have to go with Spot, an engine swap is definitely the easiest way to go, and since you have it out of the car, you can build it to specs and not worry about how long your car will be off the road!
