Window blues...
Hey -
My driver's side window (automatic) has a great deal of trouble closing. To get it shut I actually have to push it up with my hand to get it to close all the way. I think the motor is ok cause I can hear it running, but it sound as if it's slipping -- and you can hear that it's still running even when the window is all the way up or all the way down. The other weekend I took off the paneling and the door handle --- everything until I came to this big plastic sheet that looked like it was there to stop water from coming through. I'm afraid to remove that 'cause I don't want to start a problem with leaks...but I want to fix my window. Any suggestions? BTW when the paneling and stuff was off the window closed all the way -- but the motor still was slipping at all the way up... I am pretty confused.
Thanks!

Re: Window blues...
Fixed mine last week. I had the exact same problem or so it sounds. Go to z31.com and find the part on fixing the power windows. Those are the instructions I used. My problem was the motor, even though i could still hear it running. I also cleaned out the tracks and re-lubed them. It works nicely now. Good luck
