well from the pics it doesnt look bad i am waiting to get off work to email him some questions and look at the car tomorrow hopefully.
lets say minimal rust is it worth it?
even if there was bit of it think it would be worth the time to pat it out?

And what do people mean by "needs a new ignition" ?
Ignition switch, coil, distributor, ignition module?

just like the z32 though, it's really not worth owning if you have an intention to upgrade it. you can up grade the suspension and brakes, but you won't make that car much faster without a turbo swap. so it's worth getting if you just want to drive it as it is.

BTW: You sound like an idiot. At $300, that's a great deal if that's all that's truly wrong with it. If he's planning on upgrading stuff, that's damn cheap to have a solid platform to start from.
