Check the hoses to the waste gate. Are you using a boost controller?

Boost leak. Make sure everything is connected and not coming apart.

Also be sure to measure the boost on a real boost gauge and not the stock one.

It sounds like you know what you are doing or you wouldn't have added a intercooler.

Makes me wonder if something got sucked into the turbo? You had a lot of new parts that could have had something in them. Packaging peanuts, tape, paper etc. Maybe something soft enough to only drag the turbine down but not stop it.

He's running an intercooled setup on stock boost.

I'm thinking a hose is ripped or not connected properly.

Question: How did you do a leak test?

I removed the coupler that conect to the throtle body an plugg it with a pvc drain pipe an on the side of tHe turbo another plug with a gauge to measure air presure an i put 20lbs an checked all couplers with soap an no leaks at all i let the air sit for about 5 mins an only about 2lbs dropped

Yep. Does make it seem to lean more towards the wastegate.

Probably. Depends on the size of the leak.
Did you replace the Wastegate itself, or just the wastegate Actuator ? (or both)
