Crank Pully and Turbo Coolant Line Questions

Hi, I've got an 86 turbo. I just rebuilt the engine after it being in the dang machine shop for nearly a year, so I've forgotten a few things. Which lines do the turbo coolant inlet and outlet connect into? Inlet just goes to the bigger metal pipe that comes from air regulator right? The throttle chamber one is the one that I'm not too sure about.

Second question, I'm having a heck of a time getting my Crank pulley back on, just doesn't seem to want to fit, I've been trying for hours. Are they always crazy tough, do I need some tool?

I've searched all over my manual and the internet but no luck. So, thanks for the help already!!

Here's a picture of what I'm talking about. I've got two fingers on the two close together hoses that I am assuming are what I attach the turbo coolant lines to.

But there is that one stray one not connected to anything that I'm not sure about; if I do indeed have the turbo lines correct.

If someone could explain where these hoses all go that would be great.
