Electrical issues (I think)

I bought my 1987 300zx (z31) in about august and immediately had to do a timing belt replacement. Now I'm running into another issue: all of my warning lights have come on, indicating electrical/alternator problems. My blinkers don't work, but that isn't a big problem because I know the hand signals for turning. But this morning I got pulled over for my brake lights not working (they worked fine a few days ago). Can anyone confirm if this is an electrical issue or solely an alternator issue?
Thank you in advance!

Edit: My blinkers fuses keep popping, I have yet to check my brake light fuses, but I'd assume they too are popped.

Did your electrical problems start immediately after you finished the timing belt job?
Have to checked the voltage at the battery with the engine running to see it’s around 13 volts?
