Body Filler Question

My friend & I were going to try to fix a dent on his car. I was looking to buy some body filler but I am confused as to which one to get. Anybody have any opinions on which of these would work best?

I've used the 9608 - Evercoat filler with excellent results. No shrinking or cracking and easily sandable. As with all fillers, make sure you mix in the correct amount of hardener.

Are you going to strip the paint down to the metal? If so, any LIGHT filler will work (just don't buy BONDO brand). If you aren't going to strip it to the bare metal, use spot putty. You will still need to sand the affected area, but you can keep the e-coat on for future protection.
