Hey guys...first post here. I want to clear out my tail lights on my Z. A few months ago, I could find the lenses everywhere. Now I can't find squat. Can someone help me out?

 

there is one on ebay; they are just the lenses, just like what you want... but i dont know if its real... i want them too, but i dont wanna spend $400+ on the real conversion...

What kind of z32 are you driving cuz i dont see many out and about

I drive a black 93 non-turbo coupe with the tops...Chrome stock wheels. Personalized plate "Z RIDE". You might see my brother or my brother in law driving around as well. My Brother drives a 91 black 2+2 with tops. He has an ICP carinval of carnage vinyl on a window. Also, my brother in law drives a 90 pearl yellow Z coupe with the T-Tops.

 

Have you guys actually seen the difference between the JDM tails and ones that have just been whited out??

The difference is HUGE! Definitely worth the money imo, just in terms of style and quality. But again, that's just my opinion.

 

Yah i saw the 99' Fairlady Tails on a guy on Car Domain...holy **** they are the best looking Z lights you can get. The JDM look crap compared to the ALL CLEAR! Nismo LMR told me ther ehard to track down and told me they will run you around $800..

 

I agree with Rizz here. The JDM ones are far superior in style. I've seen some of the ones on eBAY and they look like conversions of the factory ones we have. I read directions on how to do it. It's really pretty half-assed.

 

yah i heard about that conversion and someone told me to go for it...but i was like thinking what do i do if this doesnt work out with out having any taillights haha? so i opted not too

hmm...i dunno that 50 dollar conversion on zxdriver just doesnt seem to be as good looking as the true jdm lights....imo but, it is a fraction of the other's price and some people prefer price to quality...

I know a lot of people are on a tight budget, but when it comes to my Z's Quality is upmost to me. I don't mind spending the money and I want everything to be true Nissan, no replicas or look alikes. If it means I have to wait till I can afford it then I'll wait.
