Moldings Help

Hey guys,
I know Iv put alot of help threas on here but as some of you know I haven't had my 300x very long. Thanks for all your help. Anyways I was wanting to know how to take the moldings off around the windows. The sun has cooked the paint off of them and I want to repaint them.

Im not near an expert in this area, but heres an alternative for you as I am thinking about doing the same thing due to the same problem. Mask off the winsheild with some blue painters 3 day release tape, then buy a product called perfect black I believe. ITs supposed to restore old weatherbeaten trim peices to their original luster. I would just leave that trim peice on and paint it on the car. Just mask off everything around it pretty good. Hope this is a helpful idea.
