how does your Z ride with 350z rims. I have a friend that is getting some new rim for his 350z. He will sell his 350z to me real cheap. Before I buy them I just want to know if they will have no effect on my 300zx na 2+2

Not sure what "effect" you are concerned about. If you are refering the the infamous "feathering tire" issue the Z33 is prone to, it has nothing to do with the wheels. That is an alignment (toe in) issue.
If you like the look and the price is right...snap 'em up and slap 'em on.

If you are going from the stock 16" to a bigger size then yes, an alignment should be performed.
Speed/odometer will be affected slightly. The amount of change will depend on the size of rubber you fit the wheels with.
eg. If you go from stock 225/50/16 to 245/40/18 you're car will be traveling 3.5% faster than the speedometer shows. i.e speedo reads 60 but you are actually going 62.1 mph. Same impact on the odometer.
a 3.5% difference is fine by my standards but that's up to you.
Here is a link you can use to plug in sizes and determine the affect.
