Nose Panel
IM thinking about buying the Stillen Nose panel with the 3 slit on both sides of the panel, i was under the understand that the holes went all the way threw, but the other day i saw a white 300 with the same panel but the holes didnt go threw. But i've also seen ons that do go all the way threw, can anyone explain?

I had that same center panel. The slits do NOT go all the way through, if you see anyone with that done it was cut out after they purchased it from Stillen. I got mine directly from them, and it came without the slits cut all the way through. Also, after owning it, I would not buy it again. Instead I would buy the 90' center panel and have no emblem on it. I liked the louvered panel at first but after I got it and had it panted and tried mounting it. I notcied it was not what it was cracked up to be. For one it was to short, left a larger gap between the it and the hood, than the stock one did. Two it was a PITA to wax and dry. Third it was very hard for my local shop to pain. the painted and stripped it 3 times before they got it right. Now I cant blaim that on Stillen, cause its prolly my shops fault, but this shop is good and has a very reputable name locally. ok thats enough of my rant.

Mine was the same way
I had a Stillen center piece like the 1 your talking about and I cut the vents out so it was functional. I did like the look on mine (pics here http://speedoptions.com/profiles/dri...w.php?id=34954 ) but since then I have put a Bomex center (no pics yet) but I like the Bomex one alot better it has two vents that directs air down to your filter peace out
