replacing and rewiring system

EDIT: What I did this weekend while you guys argued about Hawaiians and single exhausts
Here is what i started with...

A while back, while i was working on the repaint, i noticed a convex dent in the passenger door. My mentor and i tried to fix it, but there was something in the door slowly making the dent larger. well, i broke one of 91's rules and didnt take off the door and find the problem. i just left it there, and now the paint has cracked a little where the dent is. Lately i also noticed that that speaker wasnt working, so last week i decided to take the panel off and find out what was wrong. Once it was off, i found the speaker sitting flat on the magnet with the window smashed into the cone...no wonder my window stuck out half an inch when rolled down. unfortunately i didnt have any pics of it when i took it out

heres my new speakers, along with a 4 channel amp(Alpine one), 16ga speaker wire(for all 4 speakers), new fuses, and a remote wire that i will be puting in. i didnt think it would take to long right

front speakers done!!!! only took 4 hours
i took that cloth lining out of the grilles so that the new speakers would be visible...only 1 screw is visible. now i just gotta touch it up with some black paint again.

its now time to tear out the subs someone used wayyyyy tooooo much glue...

i dremmeled off the mounts for the spare tire to prepare for my new sub enclosure. and also a pic of my temporary setup

why do they make it so difficult to get to the rear speakers???

and...7 working hours later, i am finally finished. amp is in, all body pieces are back on, and just a few more screws and bolts to put back in, and i am ready to test out and tune my system

my friend and i spent almost an hour and a half, tuning and listening to music that night. it is at least 2 times louder and a lot better sound quality than before. i am just mad at myself for not doing this earlier.

anyways...if anyone wants a write-up on how to rewire or install speakers or an amp, ill try my best to get one written up...i always forget to take more pics tho

enjoy

what did you mount the amp to?
look to see if you have room to drill some holes to feed the wires thru so that they appear to be coming outta the "wall." Or just run the RCA input cables under the amp and wire tie everything nice so that it doesn't look like your friend from the mobile home park, that got paid with a six pack and chewing tobacco, put it in for you.
