stealth box

I just got my jl audio stealth box for my 90 2+2. it came with some washers and a bolt. can some one tell me what they are use for and where?

youre supposed to bolt the thing to your car. they say it keeps it from becoming a hazzard if you roll you car, and also prevents theft. seeing how the 2+2 stealth box goes under the floor, i personally dont see the big deal, and i cant stand drilling holes in my car unless ABSOLUTELY nesecary. ive never attached any of my speakerboxes to anything and havent had a problem. my current ones stay put through 360s all the time rain + empty parking lot=FUN!!!

yeah that's the mounting hardware.
I agree with entropy, no need to make any holes if it isn't necessary.
