Max rim sizes...

I finally got some cash saved up and want to upgrade my 90 TT stock wheels. I want to get he biggest and widest that can fit. Anybody has some numbers? What are you running? Thanks. Fredo.

anything over 18 starts to look funny. i prefer 17 myself, as going much bigger starts to adversely effect performance. the bigger you go, the higher your unsprung weight, which hurts your performance.

I just put some rims on my n/a. They are 18x8.5 in the front and 18x9.5 in the rear. They barely fit in the front. Offsets get confusing.
