Rims & Tires

I Am looking into purchasing new rims and tires on my 91 n/a does anyone know what the largest rims and tires I can put on it are? I have to buy them online so I don't want to have any rubbing problems. I want to go with 18's. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe 18s are the biggest. Along with 245s in the rear. Some people have problems with rubbing if they out 245s on the front. Check out tirerack.com

I have seen 19in on the Z 35 front 30 rear.

Yes...19's can fit if you so desire. I have 17X8.5 in front and 18X9.5 in the rear...255/40/17 in front and 275/35/18 in back and there's no problems. I also have my AVS wheels on for almost 2 years and they were 17X9 in front with 255/40/17 and didn't rub. It all comes down to offset.
