SPL Parts

I just received my shipment from SPL (tension rods, upper arms, lower arms, urethane tranny and engine mounts and some other miscellaneous stuff). I returned the tension rods and upper arms that I had originally purchased from Courtesy Parts. I'm glad I did. The quality of the SPL items is far superior to what I had received from Courtesy. Definitely worth the extra $. I wish I had just bought it from SPL in the beginning because Courtesy hit me for a 15% re-stock fee (bastards). I think that Courtesy is best used for stock items only, IMHO.

I thought about taking pics to compare after I dropped the return items off at UPS. Oh well. Trust me, if you buy suspension mods, get them SPL. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being best), I'd rate Courtesy's stuff a 4. I'd rate SPL a 10. No comparison.

I'll take pictures during the install. It'll take a couple weeks to finish everything. My dad and I are going to be working weekends to get it done starting next weekend, hopefully. I need to get my car smogged before I do everything, jic.

b-you didn't want this stuff. Save you're $ and purchase what you need/want from SPL. You'll be happy you did.

Here are a couple of close-up pics of the tension rods from SPL. These pieces appear to be significantly more sturdy than the ones I purchased from and returned to Courtesy Parts. They are much thicker than the factory arms also.
