Upper A and tension rod torque question

Two questions, I'm having issues with applying torque to bracket bottom 14mm bolts with adjustable upper A arms. Both of them just spin freely, I dont know whether the bolts or the nuts are stripped. If the bolts are stripped is there anyway to replace that u designed assembly. The top two 17mm torque down without any issue. As far as the tension rods go they are having the same problem is looks as if a hardened washer would help, but I not. Thanks for any assistance.

I am curious as to why you would need to replace the U-bracket. Either way, if there are any bolts that won't tighten up to their specified torque, they must be replaced for safety's sake. They must be grade 8 or better. You should be able to purchase them from one of the online retailers here, the dealer, or a fastener supply company. Apply loctite before installing them and use a torque wrench to tighten them down.
