Urethane engine and tranny mounts

How much of a difference will these make? Positive and negative. Would you put them in your cars? Why or why not?

one day, when i win the lottery, these will also be replaced in my Z.

I think it depends on the state of your current bushings. If you can actually access these hard to get to items and have a good long stare at them, should give you a good idea on whether they're in need of replacement. You could always just fit the replacement of these on any occasion that you need/want to remove or temporarily suspend the engine/tranny from the car.

If you wanna get technical, that's my line. Before you joined we had an off topic forum section that got deleted. One of the threads that I started on there was a "what would you buy if you won the lottery" thread. so there.

So, if you had the $ and the tranny out of your car (all at the same time), would you do it then?

The thing that concerns me is that the urethane tranny mount eliminate the factory exhaust hanger. Won't that put a lot of un-necessary weight on the turbo's and the exhaust manifold; which could cause something to break?

yeah, i see your concern.
Obviously the solution needs to be a relocation of those hangers. If need be the making of new ones near the originals, should sufficiently compensate.

Yea, just a little fabrication. It should be easy enough.
