!990 Na new owner questions

hey, im new to the forum and just have a few questions with what may be wrong with my car. I recently bought a 90 na with 127,305 miles on it. The car starts up great and runs decent too. I havent driven it much since i have got it back to my house because i need to insure it, but i have noticed a few things. It had a strange whining noise coming from the front when hard revving of the engine, but it has gone away. It also had a very slow accel even when floored when under 2500rpm, but once over it the car gained speed just fine. That problem also has gone away. Another thing i noticed is the car seems to vibrate when idling to the extent that the mirrors shake a bit. I am not sure if its common for it to do so just curious. There is also very faint white smoke out of the passenger side exhaust, and the exhaust also has a leak somewhere. I was just wondering if anybody can advise me on what i need to do to get it running strong again. im only 17 and im just getting into imports so my knowledge is very limited on these cars. also the car has sat for 3-4 years without being driven. also any tips on what i should improve on it would be great.

Welcome and congrats! If the oil hasn't been changed, I'd definitely get on that.
