Back again, noobie question

So I went and bought a vg30dett unfortunately no ecu or wiring, but i was breaking it down anyways. now my question that is very noob like is about a few sensors that i am not entirely sure about. there are holes on the back of the intake valve cover, I am pretty sure this is where the cam position sensors go but not 100%, so i ask if my gut feeling is right on this one. also a large hole on the driver side plenum in the rear, which I believe is the manifold absolute pressure sensor. once again not 100% sure and I don't want to mess this up in the rebuild. I do have the vacuum diagrams out and they don't seem to be affiliated with these spots. Never tore down a vg30dett before and any advice is welcome.
thank you in advance

Sounds like you could use a Service manual, here's a link to a free download

welcome

Your welcome glad I could help, linking new members to Xenon is pretty standard fare on Zdriver. When you are googling, look for Zdriver threads, the in forum search isn't the best, but it doesn't matter with google. And welcome to the forums. HybridZ is another good source of info and help for Z's.

Zbums site covers a lot of common questions on Z31's too.

And Steve in Az. deals in mostly just Z31 parts, nice helpful guy too. 300zx Parts For You webpage
