brake fluid

hey looking to change my brake fluid in my z.
what fluids do you guys use?
i am an aggressive driver and use the brakes more than the average person.
what brand and type works best in the z32?
i am currently running stock brakes.

Motul. And get different pads... stock are inferior.

which motul fluid? i believe they have more than one i may be mistaking though.

Though I've never used them, my research agrees with Eric... Hawk. Specifically, Hawk HPS for street use.

If you like to get your brakes HOT, and you don't want the fluid to boil, the Motul is very good. If the most heat that you get in your brakes is from exiting the interstate, any DOT4 fluid will be fine.

i forgot the name they sell it at autozone. but its dot 3-4. great stuff. to early in the morning for me to remember.

I actually use Valvoline brake fluid in my cars... (I don't beat on the Z anymore to the point of needing a super-high performance fluid.)

I'll hop on the throttle maybe once a week (when I'm driving it of course, which I haven't in 5 months), but that'll only be through 1st or 2nd gear. It honestly ended after I wrecked the red car. I did it more often in the black Z when it was less modded, but with GT2530's the stakes are a little higher and it's not worth the risk.
