i'd check all the wires especially around the alternator for frays and breaks. also get a test light out and start trying to find your draw. easiest way is to just put the test light on the battery and start pulling fuses until it goes out.
when you say running out of power, it usually means actual power. not battery. it would be easier to understand you if you said "my battery keeps going dead".

Thanks for the info, I check the wiring around the alternator they seem just fine. I jump started the car this morning and let the car idle for a bit and then took it for a few test runs. And now it seems fine again.
It was running fine three days ago too, but last night when i tried to start the car it wouldnt start. So yeah the wirings around the alternator seems good and the fuses are good too. Any other idea? Thanks for all the help too.

i didn't mean fix the fuses. i meant pull the fuses one by one while you have a test light on the battery to see which one makes the test light go dimmer or out.
when the car is off, the test light should be very dim. just that it's on means that the battery is being drained. but it's usually on just because of the clock and radio and i believe maybe a tiny bit of juice to ECU?
but you evidently have a bigger drain that's not usual. so hook that test light up with the light on the + terminal and the clamp on the hood or something. it should be lit. if it's not, put the clamp somewhere else. then start pulling fuses. one at a time. and looking each time to see if the light is dimmer than before.

The car was running fine again for another day or soo
but i was driving tonight and the car was tripping the battery was draining out
my lights started to flicker and the deck goes on and off.
If the car is on and it has an issue like that can it be a defective alternator?
Can it be that it isnt charging the battery properly?

battery doesn't come in and out of charge fast enough to make the lights change. and alternator not working would not cause that, because when it stopped working everything would keep working and gradually dim.
the problem is a connection. somewhere. like i said, test light on battery, pull fuses. it will tell you where your problem is. test lights are about $2 at harbor freight.
though, if i had to guess, i'd say it sounds like it's right in your main line coming from the battery. one of the two anyway. you said the car would jog right? that's what tripping meant?
