That and the dream are great Z commercials. I wasn't even old enough to drive when they came out, but I remember them. If I remember correctly, the dream commercial got cut due to the jump at the end. But, both were Superbowl commercials. I also remember my brother telling me that the old Japanese dude was the father of the Z car. Man, those were the days. Now, all we got is Shift (insert something here). All in all, they sure as hell beat those Major Motion ads.

 

haha, major motion. and i believe the old guy was the "tv version" of mr. K, not the man himself.
