Clutch Fluid

Sorry people i couldnt find the thread im looking for
well i believe my clutch fluid is leaking
i have to really add more every day and it drains out hella fast
and on top of that my clutch was stuck the mat for a bit today while i was driving
soo i think my clutch master cylinder is busted im not exactly sure
any body know wassup
any advice would help alot thanks

Could be the slave cylinder also. You'll want to get the car up in the air and look for the leak.

2nd. Slave cylinder is actually more common of a problem.

2nd the master. lots of times the seals fail if you dont see it leaking on the floor underneath the car or on the firewall (which i think you wont) look inside the cabin where the pushrod comes through the firewall you'll probably see it seeping in there. otherwise if your noticing spots of fluid under the tranny when parked check the slave or the line even

I see, well i don't see any leaks
but from what you guys are saying it just might be the slave Cylinder
ill be sure to looking into as soon as possible thanks for all the info ppl

no i;m thinking its the master if you dont see spots on the floor. i goofed and wrote slave first i edited it

oO i see well there are no physical sign of any leakage
but i know that my fluid drains out hella fast
clutch isnt working properly, getting stuck at times
If its the Master cylinder, i believe the part is around 50 - 60 bucks
anyone know an estimate on labor fee at the shops
trying to get it fixed as soon as possible
anymore help would help alot thanks

depends on the shop. honestly is an easy job do it yourself. otherwise they will probably stick you for about 2-3 hours of labor so i say around 200 bucks or more, standard shop rate i believe is 80 and hour so yah know.
