clutch pedal adjustment help

just did the clutch, i went with the southbend stage 2 clutch, fidanza flywheel, new slave cylinder, upgraded clutch fork (which i believe is just a 350z clutch fork) my issue is clutch is disengaging/ engaging with the pedal only depressed about an inch instead of disengaging/ engaging a half inch off the floor. i have maxed out adjuster to try and correct this but cant get it right. only thing i can think of is the upgraded clutch fork changing the geometry of the throw and not allowing me to adjust where it should be. does anyone have the upgraded clutch fork, and do you have the same issue

Is your Z a 350Z or Z32 or what?
Did you bled the lines good??
I used to have that issue with my 93 300ZX TT (Southbend Stage1 clutch with Fidenza flywheel and SS lines) found out that there was too much air in the system and you have to bleed the system from two places-made sure no air in the system and after that smooth ride and responds way better.

its a z32, lines are bleed great, just cant adjust to what it should be, because the adjuster is only a free play adjustment for pedal and not clutch

Does it still engage/disengage fully and properly? If so I don't see the big issue.
