im 18 and i love going fast but i have a stock na and its not fast enough. i was thinking of an engine swap but it seems to pricey for me right now and i love the noise that a bov makes when your shifting on a turbo car. SO i guess i want to know whats the benefits on fixing up the na and is ther another way to gain more horses besides nos maybe like a supercharger or somthing else that brings more horses to the car without nos. i would love to do a tt engine swap but it looked real expensive on z1 does it really come up close to 6000 for a swap?

if U want power Save up and Do a TT I'm in that progress my self. U want Drifto get a Silvia. and if Uwant cheap performance upgrades it's not quite gonna feed your needs, if U notice all those little upgrades add up when U can be doinga TT swap. teh choiceis yours.

well their shorter wheel base helps them break out better/easier then a Z, not to mention Z's have factory LSDs which would help for autocross, but would make drifting more difficult. I'd stick w/ a 240sx if I were you, of course, thats not to say that a Z can't be drifted, anything can be drifted w/ enough practice/skill.
Edit: But then again, with enough RWHP, I guess a Z would probably be an awesome drifter, probably on the same level as an S15 or a Skyline, or Supra, which are all killer drifters.

I've Drifted S13's, S14's, Older supras an 88 to eb exact, a Z32 and a Z31 and so far mY Z32 takes the cake. well atleast for my Style that is. so for me A TT Z would be heaven I would get the best of both worlds. Slifing Sidewayz and Going liek super fast.

ive accidentally found out how easy a tt z can be to drift. id love to have the rest of those cars you guys are takling about. i probably will get a 240 as well right now my escort zx2 is my beater, but i put a kit and everything on that and need to start a new project goin. ive also looked into skylines with body damage. bondo is god! got off point there. zs are great drifters, not to knock the other big dogs tho.

op ed: at the rate new car tech is moving along, most guys in their Z's will be getting smoked by stock civics, focii & neons. At least we have cooler looking carz.

off topic, but, did you hear about the 05 civic Si's? They come stock w/ 200hp, disc brakes on all four corners and center exit exhaust. Oh and a cf hood and spoiler. They're coming pre-riced out for all the [ricers]..
